Care Assistant 1:1

Workforce Personnel are recruiting-experienced and compassionate Care Assistants and Support Workers-to provide dedicated-one-to-one (1:1) care-for an individual client in Dunstable.

We are looking for reliable, caring professionals with-at least 1 year''s UK care experience-who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personalised 1:1 care and support
• Assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
• Supporting with medication, meals and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year''s UK care experience (essential)
• Previous 1:1 care experience desirable
• Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to complete mandatory training
• Satisfactory employment references
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
• Available for an immediate start
