MPA Recruitment is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support local care homes in the Antrim area. You can tell us which days you are available, whether you want regular agency work or simply one or two additional shifts each week. Pay and shifts £13.30-£15.25 per hour Pay rate depends on shift worked, eg weekdays and weekends Weekly pay Typical shifts: 7-7am, 8-8am and 10-10am Choose the shifts that suit your availability One or two shifts per week welcome What you''ll receive Holiday pay Weekly Pay Pension Choose your own hours Induction and training Safety Intervention training, including CPI available Support from a dedicated MPA consultant Refer a friend scheme About the role You will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and emotional wellbeing. You''ll work alongside the wider care team to provide safe, respectful and compassionate care. Assignments may include care homes/dementia services/learning-disability services.
