You''ll be working with a diverse group of people, including older adults, individuals with learning disabilities or autism, people with mental health needs and those with more complex support requirements. As a Care and Support Worker, you''ll be part of a supportive team delivering care across our supported housing schemes, extra care services and within the local community. You''ll provide care and support in line with individual care plans, helping people to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
