Care Advisor (Relationship and Sales Focus)
About the role We are transforming our Care Advisory Hub and looking for exceptional individuals to join us. This is NOT a "Call Centre" role. This is a high-impact Sales and Relationship role. You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move-in. Your Time Off: You will have 3 rest days every week. Fully Paid Breaks: Uniquely, all your breaks (1 hour per shift) are fully paid. Christmas Day: We are CLOSED, guaranteeing you this time off. Reports to: Senior Care Advisor Key duties and responsibilities Your Role Lead Ownership: You are responsible for your own pipeline. You will conduct discovery calls, book showrounds, and relentlessly follow up to drive occupancy. Commercial Focus: You will match family needs to the right home, balancing empathy with the commercial drive to convert enquiries into admissions. CRM Expertise: You will maintain 100% data accuracy in Care Compass (Salesforce CRM). Working Pattern and Commitments Operational Hours: 08 00, 7 days a week.
