We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead one of our four busy Intake and Assessment Teams within Cardiff Childrens Services. You will be joining a well-established service with committed and supportive colleagues who are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children and families across Cardiff. The Intake and Assessment Team receives referrals from our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) that have been screened and identified as requiring a statutory assessment. The team works with children and young people aged 0-18 and their families across the city. Based at County Hall, Cardiff, the service operates a duty rota and as such the successful candidate will be required to attend the office for up to two days per week, depending on duty responsibilities.
