We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead one of our four busy Intake & Assessment Teams within Cardiff Childrens Services. You will be joining a well-established service with committed and supportive colleagues who are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children and families across Cardiff. The Intake & Assessment Team receives referrals from our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) that have been screened and identified as requiring a statutory assessment. The team works with children and young people aged 0-18 and their families across the city. Based at County Hall, Cardiff, the service operates a duty rota and as such the successful candidate will be required to attend the office for up to two days per week, depending on duty responsibilities.
