      <description>Location: Grantham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Woodland Trust is looking for a Carbon Project Officer. The Carbon Project Officer will support the project management of the Trust''s estate and third-party carbon Woodland and Peatland code projects, in turn supporting Operations teams to deliver carbon on the ground and meet long term carbon code requirements. The Role: Manage multiple carbon project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a consistently high standard. Produce high-quality Woodland Carbon Code and Peatland Code project documentation, including project design documents, cashflows, carbon calculations, mapping, management plans, monitoring plans and risk assessments. Develop specialist knowledge of carbon standards and markets, staying informed on industry developments and communicating their implications across the organisation. Analyse, interpret and present complex datasets and technical information to support project development, reporting and decision-making.
