About the jobThis role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience, ideally within the caravan or holiday home industry. However, we also welcome motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed, as full training can be provided.Working Pattern5 days out of 7 (including weekends)Full-timeWe are looking for someone who is:Confident and effective when communicating with guests, colleagues, and managersSelf-driven, motivated, and committed to achieving successWell-presented, reliable, and professionalStrong in interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong work ethic and willingness to get stuck inPositive, team-oriented attitudePractical mindset with good problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong customer relationships.Duties and ExpectationsTaking photographs and helping to advertise stock onlinePreparing starter packs and getting units ready for customers viewingOrganise and able to manage a variety of tasksProvide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from pre-sales to after-sales support.Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, i.e. telephones/face to face.Proactive pursuit, generation and follow up of leads.Assist with marketing and social media updates.Any other duties that the company may assign to you from time to time within the range of your skills and experience.Compiling accurate quotations and supporting our clients through the sale and design process.An eye for ..... full job details .....
