Car Sales Retail Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Retail Manager to join our client’s busy and well-established manufacturer owned dealership in Staines.

Our client is offering the successful Car Sales Manager on Target Earnings of £57,770.

- Business Manager / Sales Manager Experience Required

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
- Responsibility for all financing, GAP and other regulated products.
- Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (FandI) products and services.
- Control of all payments/commissions, for vehicles and FandI products, both from customers and finance companies.
- Ensuring all FandI transactions are made in accordance with FCA regulations and code of practice.
- Relationship management between finance companies and our client.

Requirements:

- Have a proven track record within a Vehicle Sales Manager role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
- Responsibility for all financing, GAP and other regulated products.
