Car Sales Manager

Wisteria Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established franchised dealership for an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead a busy sales operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to get the best from a sales team, drive performance and deliver a strong customer experience while keeping a firm eye on targets, profitability and standards. The role will include: • Leading, coaching and developing the sales team • Driving new and used vehicle performance • Managing targets, KPIs and profitability • Supporting deal structure and maximising opportunities • Maintaining manufacturer and dealership standards • Monitoring stock, pipeline and sales activity • Creating a positive, high-performing sales environment What we re looking for: • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Transaction Manager or similar within the motor trade • Strong leadership and people management skills • A commercially focused approach • Confident deal management and negotiation skills • A proven track record of delivering against targets • Full UK driving licence If you re an experienced automotive sales professional ready for your next management opportunity, I d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
