Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Car Sales Executive to join our clients successful franchised dealership in Bristol.

Working as part of an experienced sales team, you will be responsible for selling both new and used retail vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
• Selling new and used retail cars along with finance and value-added products
• Arranging test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the brand range
• Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and digitally
• Achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous automotive sales experience
• Be highly motivated, target driven, and enthusiastic
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Be confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Hold a full UK driving licence no more than 6 points.
