We’re now looking for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands what it means to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing client consultations and support the vehicle sales process.

Provide exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone.

Oversee administrative tasks related to sales and customer records.

Coordinate custom vehicle orders and aftersales requests.

Handle post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism.

About You

Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service (automotive or luxury retail preferred) .

Excellent English communication skills

– both written and verbal.

Well-organised, with a strong attention to detail.

Confident, polished, and customer-focused.

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competent with computer systems and standard office tools.
