Work alongside all FSA regulations and requirements and internal dealership policies for streamlined sales process. Listen to customer needs, adapt to amend sales pitch to suit your customer, giving them a great individual experience, aiming for repeat business or referrals. Exhibit effective problem solving skills and explore all options to secure a close, providing the customer with the best finance facilities. Work towards SLA s and respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.
