Car Sales Executive The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious and driven Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing automotive sales team. This role is ideally suited to someone with 3-5 years of car sales experience who understands the full vehicle sales process, thrives in a target-driven environment, and has a proven ability to build strong customer relationships while consistently delivering results. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire buying journey, from initial enquiry and vehicle demonstration through to finance arrangements, part exchange discussions, and final handover. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries and convert leads into vehicle sales. Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process. Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service. Follow up on all sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Discuss finance products, part exchange options, and vehicle packages with customers. Accurately complete all sales administration and documentation. Maintain detailed customer records within CRM systems. Work towards and exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
