An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.
Working within a dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

- Start basic salary of £12,000 per annum with an initial three month salary guarantee.
- Performance-related commission earned providing an uncapped on-target earnings around £45,000 per annum.

- Holiday pay is paid on a 90-day average of your wages, not at your basic salary rate.

- 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm). You will receieve one scheduled day off in the week when you work a weekend.
Duties:
- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
- Meeting Car Sales Targets
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £45000 per annum.
It is essential that you hold a current UK driving Licence and have a real passion for Car Sales and the Motor Trade.
