Car Sales Executive

• Basic salary of -19,000 with a company car, or -23,000 with no company car
• Uncapped performance-related commission, with potential earnings exceeding -45,000 annually

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used vehicles across diverse models including city cars, SUVs, electric vans, and more
• Promoting and selling add-ons such as accessories, finance/insurance products, and extended warranties to meet sales targets
• Keeping customers informed on vehicle delivery statuses and resolving any queries promptly
• Collecting payment prior to vehicle handover and explaining warranty and service arrangements
• Introducing customers to the Service Department and demonstrating vehicle features
• Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining a professional and courteous approach to all customer interactions

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Previous vehicle sales experience is beneficial but not essential; individuals with alternative motor trade experience or transferable skills from sales/customer service roles in other industries are encouraged to apply
• Strong desire to achieve results and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Brand-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities
• Valid UK driving license with minimal points
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic outlook
