Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting a Car Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable main dealer located in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional seeking to advance their career within a well-established dealership.
The Car Sales Executive role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission with an OTE exceeding -45,000, and a supportive working environment. We are looking for-individuals with proven automotive sales experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers both in the showroom and via digital platforms
• Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles and finance options
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business
• Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Keep abreast of manufacturer products, offers, and industry trends
• Utilise CRM systems and digital tools to enhance the customer experience
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Minimum of 1 year''s proven sales experience within a main dealership environment
• Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in using digital platforms and CRM software
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Ambitious and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
