Duties of the Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to enhance the customer experience
• Negotiate prices and finance agreements within company guidelines
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on sales deliveries
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless customer service
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through prospecting calls and outreach efforts

Requirements for the Sales Executive:

• Proven experience within automotive sales or a strong desire to succeed in motor trade sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, organise, and meet sales targets effectively
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and adaptability
• Meticulous attention to detail in customer interactions
• Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web literacy
• Full driving licence is essential
