Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established dealership in Havant, Hampshire. The Sales Executive role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals with previous main dealer experience to join a reputable organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits:

• Basic salary of -21,000 with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding -54,000 annually
• 45-hour, five-day working week including weekends, with a day off in lieu

Duties:

• Drive new and used vehicle sales through effective customer engagement
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide outstanding service
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
• Handle customer queries professionally and effectively
• Assist with vehicle handovers and complete administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive within a main dealer environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Target-driven, with a professional and proactive approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Full UK driving licence
