Our Client, a leading car manufacturer, are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based out of their Toyota Croydon Dealership.

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process, and delivering a premium customer experience. If you’re target-driven and have a passion for cars and customer service, this is the perfect role for you.Whether you’re an experienced Car Sales Executive or coming from a target-based sales background outside the industry, full manufacturer training will be provided to help you succeed.

About the Role

- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and by appointment- Discussing customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles- Presenting finance options, add-ons, and service plans- Handling test drives and follow-ups to secure the sale- Providing a transparent and customer-focused sales experience- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets- Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business

About You

- Experience as a Car Sales Executive, or previous experience in a sales role- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Professional, confident, and enthusiastic about cars- Motivated by targets and driven to succeed- A quick learner with a proactive attitude- Full UK driving licence required
