The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Welcoming and engaging with customers both face-to-face and digitally.
·Understanding customer requirements and matching them to suitable vehicles.
·Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
·Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
·Following up leads and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.
·Discussing finance options and additional products where appropriate.
·Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.
·Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
·Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the buying journey.
 
About You
·Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable.
·A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Confident, motivated and commercially driven.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
·Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
·Full UK driving licence.
