What You''ll Be Doing Serving trade and retail customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email. Identifying customer requirements and supplying the correct automotive parts and accessories using electronic parts catalogues. Building strong relationships with local garages, workshops, and regular trade customers. Maximising sales opportunities through product recommendations, upselling, and promoting current offers. Processing orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensuring efficient order fulfilment. Maintaining high standards of stock presentation, merchandising, and branch housekeeping.
