Car Park Operative / Attendant (Fixed-Term Contract until end of October)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:40pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)
Contract: Fixed-term until end of October

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Car Park Operative to join our facilities team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of on-site car parks.

• Patrolling & Enforcement: Carry out regular patrols of car parks, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in designated areas.

• Issuing PCNs: Issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles breaching parking policies, such as parking in restricted areas or without valid permits.

• Facility Surveys: Conduct condition surveys of car parks and related facilities, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Previous experience in a similar enforcement or facilities role is desirable but not essential.
