They are looking for someone with proven previous experience setting, and operating MANUAL CAPSTAN machines (for example 2D’s, 3D’s 4D’s) Key Responsibilities: • Be able to use measuring equipment such as micrometres, calliper gauges, verniers etc. • Competent in using Coventry Die heads, roller boxes and fette heads • Experience setting and operating Capstan machines. • Machine a wide range of components to tight tolerances ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards. • Select machine tools to produce components to drawings and specifications. • Must be able to demonstrate a good level of understanding technical engineering drawings for turned or thread...
