Capital Projects Planner

We are recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for an experienced Capital Projects Planner / Scheduler to support its capital investment portfolio at the Greatham site in Hartlepool. Offering the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from development and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You will work closely with project teams, engineering, operations and contractors to develop reliable schedules, monitor progress and support successful project delivery. Project Scope Developing and maintaining detailed, logic-linked project schedules, including milestones, dependencies and critical paths. Establishing project baselines and assessing the schedule impact of approved changes. Monitoring physical progress and producing look-ahead plans, milestone forecasts, progress reports and variance analysis. Identifying schedule risks, constraints and potential delays, and supporting mitigation and recovery plans. Reviewing and integrating contractor, vendor and engineering schedules into the overall project programme. Supporting construction, plant outage and shutdown planning, coordinating interfaces with Operations and Maintenance. Assessing resource requirements and highlighting conflicts or capacity constraints across the capital portfolio. Maintaining schedule quality and supporting readiness reviews at key project stages.
