This role will lead the delivery of capital works and planned maintenance across the council''s school estate. You will manage projects end to end, from defining scope and producing specifications through to procurement, contractor management and handover. The post will also provide technical property and construction advice, investigate defects and support compliance across sites, with regular liaison with headteachers and governors.
