This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on facilities that support thousands of people within local communities every day.Your new roleWorking closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, consultants and operational teams, the Capital Projects Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing project strategies, managing procurement processes and ensuring projects align with wider organisational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of capital projects across a diverse property portfolio.Manage project budgets, programmes and financial reporting.Appoint, coordinate and manage external consultants, contractors and project teams.Oversee feasibility studies, business cases and project planning activities.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, ..... full job details .....
