Capital Project ManagerLocation: Wrexham / Hybrid Contract: Interim, 3-4 months Rate: 300 - 350 per dayWe are seeking an experienced Client-Side Capital Project Manager to join an established estates and capital projects function on an interim basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional to take day-to-day responsibility for a defined portfolio of live, multi-million-pound capital projects, helping to maintain momentum and ensure projects are delivered effectively across programme, cost, risk and quality.The RoleYou will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of capital projects, coordinating professional teams and contractors and ensuring that key actions, decisions and project milestones continue to progress.This is a client-side project management position rather than a site management role. Main Contractors will be responsible for site delivery, supported by established professional teams including Employer''s Agents, Quantity Surveyors, Principal Designers, architects, engineers and other specialist consultants.The successful candidate will be expected to become effective quickly, understand the status of live projects and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTake day-to-day client-side responsibility for an agreed portfolio of capital projects.Drive project programmes and maintain momentum across consultant and contractor teams.Coordinate architects, engineers, ..... full job details .....
