Capital Project Manager (Decarbonisation)

Your new companyA leading organisation with a substantial and ambitious capital investment programme is seeking a Decarbonisation Project Manager to drive the delivery of sustainability and carbon reduction projects across a diverse property portfolio.The organisation has committed significant investment towards achieving net-zero objectives and improving the performance of its estate. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering projects that contribute to long-term environmental targets whilst creating modern, energy-efficient spaces. The opportunity is aligned with the types of estate decarbonisation programmes involving heat decarbonisation, renewable energy technologies, estate electrification and energy efficiency improvements identified within your recent project documentation. Your new roleYou will act as the client-side lead across a range of decarbonisation and sustainability projects from inception through to completion. Typical projects may include: Solar PV installations Air Source Heat Pumps Heat Decarbonisation Programmes Estate Electrification Projects Building Fabric Improvements Energy Reduction Initiatives Battery Storage Solutions Infrastructure Upgrades Supporting Net Zero Targets Key responsibilities will include: Managing projects through feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and handover.
