PAM plays a fundamental role in shaping the physical future of the borough. We are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multi-million-pound capital investment schemes across Hackney''s housing stock and corporate estate. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable homes while putting residents at the centre of everything we do.About the RoleAre you an experienced, results-driven capital delivery professional with a passion for public sector housing and construction? We are seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound capital works projects from initial inception to post-completion.You will act as the key lead developing projects through the Council''s formal capital work stages, covering project commissioning, scope development, technical reviews, contract administration, on-site management, and post-completion requirements. You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team (including Quantity Surveyors, Clerk of Works, Resident Liaison Officers, Technical Support Officers, Design Officers, and external consultants) to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exemplary quality ..... full job details .....
