Capital Markets Operations AnalystAn exciting opportunity to join a major programme within a leading global investment bank, supporting key operational functions across its Capital Markets business. Sitting within Operations, the role will provide support across Trade andamp; Sales Support and Asset Servicing, working in a fast-paced markets environment and partnering with teams across the wider business.Key responsibilitiesProvide operational support across Capital Markets activitiesSupport Trade andamp; Sales Support and/or Asset Servicing processesWork closely with Operations and relevant business stakeholdersInvestigate and resolve operational issues, exceptions and queriesSupport the effective processing and oversight of transactions throughout the operational life cycleAssist with process, control and operational improvementsWork across teams to ensure issues are escalated and resolved appropriatelyContribute to wider operational and change initiativesWhat we''re looking for Experience within Capital Markets Operations Background in Trade Support, Sales Support, Asset Servicing or a related Operations function Experience within an investment banking or capital markets environmentGood understanding of operational processes supporting financial marketsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience dealing with operational issues, exceptions or breaksStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExposure to operational controls and process improvement ..... full job details .....
