Capital Investment Project Manager

We''re looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team as a Project Manager - Capital Works. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality investment programmes, maintaining our homes, and ensuring excellent outcomes for our residents. Reporting to the Regional Investment Manager , you''ll be responsible for managing the delivery of major capital worksand investment projects across our housing stock. You''ll work closely with contractors, consultants, residents, Resident Liaison Officers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while driving resident satisfaction and value for money. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Managing Decent Homes and other major works projects from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. • Overseeing contractor performance, monitoring budgets, programmes, cashflows and contractual KPIs to ensure value for money and successful project delivery. • Undertaking property surveys, technical inspections, defect analysis and preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work. • Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and internal teams to maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively. ..... full job details .....
