Your new role Reporting to the Capital Development Manager, you will oversee the delivery of assigned capital projects on time and within budget. This will include: Developing action plans including costs and clear work programmes for a wide range of capital projects. Ensuring that contractors, consultants and wider stakeholders involved in contracts co-operate effectively. Efficiently and effectively managing capital works projects expenditure in line with the organisation''s tendering process. Assisting with drawing up specifications, obtaining competitive tenders and evaluating proposals to ensure both value for money and quality are achieved.
