Interim Capital Programme Delivery Manager Location: Bristol Length of Contact: 6 months Rate: (Apply online only) a day (inside IR35) Home working is accepted with 1-2 days in the office DK are seeking an experienced Capital Programme Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a complex capital programme within a Parks and Green Spaces service for a large Local Authority. This is a key role responsible for ensuring effective delivery of multiple capital projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities: Lead delivery of a multi-project capital programme from planning through to completion Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, schedules, and milestones Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in line with governance requirements Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards Lead and support project/programme teams to deliver workstreams effectively Ensure compliance with corporate processes, policies, and financial regulations Engage and manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Key requirements: Proven experience in programme or project management of complex capital programmes Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead teams in ..... full job details .....
