You will support the Directly Managed Capital (DMC) governance. This will include managing risk approval, tracking spend to date, forecasting and managing budget release. What you’ll be doing as a Capex Analyst: Setting up projects including WBS codes, reviewing risks and releasing budgets. Ensure data entry of APS, trackers and SAP is error free. 5 day SLA to fund risks. Working with Area Delivery Managers and Project Engineers to ensure Asset Planning System (APS) data is accurate and up to date i.e. statuses, scoring, quotes etc. Using forums such as Senior Risk Reviews to indicate risk quality and discuss areas to focus on. These include information such as the profiles of scores, statuses, review by dates and spend vs budget.
