We need to hire 2 Capacity Planning Administrator''s in Bootle. You will be dealing with a key client sorting out sftaff and logistics in a Customer Service environment.

After your probation you will be able to work from home on a Wednesday. Otherwise it is in Bootle L20.

* You will be CRB checked.
* you will have basic Mathematics and English skills.
* You will use the MS Office package, predominantly Word and Excel.
* You need to be comfortable in a Customer Service role.
* You will be working to Service Level Agreements.
* Taking incoming calls
* Liaison with Capacity Managers to confirm quota settings.
* Liaising with Field Engineers to confirm availability of specialist skills/tools where necessary

Interviews will be in person (ideally) in the next few weeks.
