Capacity Management Analyst

We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a rewarding company culture The Role The key areas of responsibility will be Act as the Capacity Management Focal Point for assigned services ensuring 100% space utilisation (TEU/BSA). Maximize yield through optimal cargo mix prioritising light weight/high-yield cargoes. Perform regular structural review of region performance against target levels, produce KPI reports and follow-up on any performance deviations. Cost minimisation: Actively contain operational, storage, and port costs across assigned services. Control Tower oversight: Serve as the central mediator aligning commercial goals with operational feasibility. Represent the Capacity Management department at internal and external meetings as required. Maintain proficiency in ONE''s in-house operating systems, performing timely and accurate reviews and maintenance. Strategic optimisation: Balance empty container repositioning, accommodate customer needs, and preserve partner interests. Coordinate the implementation booking office and customer-wise allocations.
