Capability Management Planning Specialist

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Capability Management Planning Specialist to support the development, deployment, and ongoing management of engineering processes and toolsets within a complex engineering environment.This role will focus on ensuring engineering teams have the capabilities, tools, and processes required to deliver programmes effectively, while working closely with digital and engineering stakeholders to identify improvements and drive capability development.Pay: 623 per day (Umbrella Inside IR35)Location: Reading (Hybrid)Must have SC Clearance level activeKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the engineering tools and process capability management system.Support the deployment of new engineering capabilities while ensuring existing capabilities are effectively sustained.Identify capability gaps, opportunities for standardisation, and areas for collaboration across engineering teams.Work closely with engineering and digital teams to deliver process and toolset improvements.Support the development of business cases for engineering tool and process capability initiatives.Develop and maintain plans to deliver engineering capability improvements within agreed budgets.Monitor and report on capability development activities and progress.Essential Skills and ExperienceActive SC Clearance (mandatory).Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Experience supporting engineering capability management, engineering processes, or engineering IT tools.Ability to ..... full job details .....
