Capability and Compliance Coordinator4-Month Contract PortsmouthWe''re supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation in the search for a Capability and Compliance Coordinator to join them on an initial 4-month contract.This role will play a key part in a time-critical programme focused on reviewing, validating and improving workforce competency, training and qualification records. Working across multiple internal systems, you''ll help establish an accurate picture of workforce capability while ensuring records align with business, regulatory and industry requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate employee training, competency and qualification records.Analyse information held across multiple internal systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies and missing evidence.Liaise with managers, employees and subject matter experts to gather and verify information.Engage with external training providers, accreditation bodies and standards organisations to validate qualifications and competency requirements.Support training needs analysis and identify areas requiring additional development or certification.Produce reports and summaries to support compliance and capability assessments.Ensure accurate record keeping and data integrity throughout the project.Support process improvements and recommendations to ..... full job details .....
