Candidate Resourcer
The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Candidate Resourcer to support our recruitment operations. This role involves engaging with potential and existing candidates, coordinating registrations and interviews, conducting candidate interviews, and providing essential administrative support to ensure client labour requirements are met efficiently and compliantly.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new and innovative ways to engage with an ever-changing candidate marketAttract candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social mediaMonitor responses to job advertisements and ensure all applicants are contacted promptlyArrange candidate registrations, interviews, and appointmentsPrepare registration and induction documentationRegister and interview candidates, ensuring full compliance with legislation and company standardsObtain and process references for all temporary workersDeliver client-specific inductions where required to enable swift assignment startsMaintain accurate candidate records by scanning and uploading information to the internal recruitment systemUpdate internal logging systemsHandle general enquiries and carry out administrative duties as requiredAdditional DutiesThis job description is not exhaustive and is intended as a guide only.
