As part of our growing Children''s Education Services (CES) division, we''re looking for a Candidate Manager / Resourcer to join our Newcastle team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting vulnerable children through the placement of high-quality tutors and education professionals.

About the Role

As a Candidate Manager / Resourcer, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and managing a network of tutors and education professionals who deliver specialist support to children and young people.

Working closely with the Account Management team, you''ll ensure we have the right candidates available to meet client requirements while providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage high-quality tutors and education professionals
• Manage candidate applications and conduct initial interviews and screenings
• Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool
• Match suitable candidates to client requirements
• Manage candidate compliance and onboarding processes
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to fulfil vacancies efficiently
• Support tutors throughout their placements, ensuring a positive experience

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales or account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Strong administrative and IT skills
• A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference
