Job Purpose As a Candidate Consultant, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of workforce solutions across the Humber region. Working closely with our cliet, candidates and internal stakeholders, you will ensure staffing requirements are effectively planned, organised and fulfilled to meet operational demands while delivering exceptional levels of service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and planning workforce requirements to support client operations and changing business needs. Managing daily staffing levels, attendance and shift fulfilment to ensure operational continuity. Leading induction programmes for new starters and ensuring candidates are fully prepared for assignment.
