About the Role We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional and people manager to lead our Candidate Consultant team and take responsibility for delivering a strong, reliable pipeline of care professionals across CAMHS, Adult Supported Living and Physical Complex Care. You will oversee the recruitment and engagement of Mental Health Support Workers, Registered Mental Health Nurses and Complex Care Support Workers, ensuring the team recruits against current and forecast service needs. You will lead candidate attraction, screening, onboarding support and the conversion of suitable agency workers into our directly employed bank workforce. Reporting into the Business Manager and working closely with Care Coordination and Onboarding teams, you will turn staffing requirements into clear recruitment priorities, manage team performance and improve the journey from initial contact to first shift.
