We''re looking for someone with initiative, someone who can think outside the box, explore new ways of attracting talent, and build strong relationships with candidates in a competitive market. What You''ll Be Doing Sourcing high-quality teachers and support staff for active vacancies. Using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and social media to identify outstanding candidates. Registering and interviewing candidates. Building strong relationships with education professionals. Managing candidate availability and matching them to suitable vacancies. Writing engaging adverts to attract new talent. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly. Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
