About the Role We are looking for a proactive, motivated and experienced Candidate Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening and onboarding high-quality care professionals to support our growing community care services. This will include recruiting Mental Health Support Workers, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Complex Care Support Workers across services including CAMHS, Adult Supported Living and Physical Complex Care. You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring they receive a positive and professional experience while meeting all required compliance, regulatory and service-specific requirements.
