This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional standards. This is a full time permanent role, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours.About the RoleAs Premises Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our campus remains a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the school buildings and grounds, managing maintenance activities, statutory compliance requirements, contractor relationships and health and safety obligations.Working closely with the Campus Principal, you will take responsibility for maintaining compliance records, coordinating inspections, overseeing contractors, and ensuring the campus operates efficiently and effectively at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the security, maintenance and presentation of the campus buildings and grounds.Oversee all health and safety compliance, inspections, audits and statutory testing requirements.Manage contractors ..... full job details .....
