Campus Officer - Redhill - TEMP Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Start: ASAP - week to week basis DBS: Ideally, you''ll hold a DBS on the Update Service. We''re looking for a Campus Officer to join a busy college environment, where you''ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and positive experience for students across the campus. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You''ll be a visible and approachable presence around the college, building positive relationships with students and staff, supporting attendance and engagement, and helping to maintain a calm and inclusive environment. What will you be doing? You''ll be out and about across the campus, engaging with students and supporting them to make positive choices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building positive relationships with students and encouraging good attendance, engagement and behaviour. Monitoring the campus, including communal areas, entrances and social spaces. Encouraging students who are out of class to return to lessons or access appropriate support.
