You ll be a visible and approachable presence, helping to create an environment that feels safe, well organised and welcoming.The role combines front-of-house activity with operational, security and administrative responsibilities. What You ll Do:Act as a key point of contact on campus, providing a professional and inclusive welcome to students, staff, visitors, contractors and industry guests.Offer clear information and guidance, helping people navigate campus services and facilities.Maintain a visible front-of-house presence that contributes to a positive and engaging campus environment.Support the secure opening and closing of buildings in line with agreed procedures.Monitor and manage access control, ensuring buildings are accessed safely and appropriately.Manage visitor sign-in ..... full job details .....
