Position OverviewWe''re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our in-house Brand and Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is key to executing brand strategy while delivering campaigns that meet business goals through creative, customer-focused marketing.
Responsibilities
Translate business objectives into marketing strategies and campaign KPIs.
Develop regulatory-compliant messaging and collaborate with legal teams on risk assessment.
Map and implement end-to-end customer journeys for campaigns.
Write and fulfill campaign creative briefs with the internal studio.
Collaborate with insights team to refine strategies based on customer trends and competitor activity.
Manage campaign delivery, performance reporting, and budgets.
Ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will have proven experience in brand-building campaigns, strategic communications planning, and managing cross-channel campaigns. Strong skills in campaign performance analysis and creative leadership are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stakeholder relationships.
Additional InformationThis role is based in London with a hybrid working model, including travel to other sites.
