Join to apply for the Campaign Manager role at BT Group.As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving bold, high-impact acquisition campaigns across the BT business brands in the UK. You’ll shape creative concepts, orchestrate media plans, and deliver insightful campaign reporting, bringing energy and precision to every stage of activation.Where you’ll work

London, Birmingham or Bristol. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.What you’ll be doing

Aligned with the marketing strategy, lead the creation and execution of innovative, through-the-line campaigns for BT. Focus on driving awareness through to consideration and purchase across channels, ensuring consistency and performance optimisation.Develop campaign creative and content strategies that set the standard for excellence.Shape media planning and buying strategies to support long-term marketing goals.Leverage data-driven insights with brand and insights teams to inform strategic recommendations and activation across key product moments.Maximise demand generation and lead quality through the full marketing mix.Optimise campaign budgets and resources to deliver strong ROI, in partnership with the Senior Campaign Manager.Manage strong agency relationships to ensure high quality delivery.Collaborate with channel, digital, and field marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.Provide strategic recommendations based on performance, insights, and expected outcomes.Guide and support Campaign Professionals to ensure successful delivery of assigned campaigns.Travel to London or shoot locations/offsite as required (typically Manchester/London).Collaborate with key strategic partners to underpin business and marketing priorities.The skills and experience you will have

Strong experience in ATL (Above the Line) and brand campaigns with a comprehensive knowledge across the full marketing channel mix.Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.Exceptional organisational and planning abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.Proven ability to craft clear, compelling written content tailored to diverse audiences and objectives.Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform effective marketing strategies.Customer-centric mindset, translating insights into relevant and resonant messaging.Deep understanding of brand and campaign development, with the ability to produce engaging content that communicates features, benefits, and value.Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret KPIs (e.g., CTR, ROI, CPM, conversion rates) to measure success.Confident in using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Previous experience in a B2B environment, ideally within a marketing team.Benefits
